2. The Contract.
The contract between you the customer, and us Shaw Restore,
will not deem to be in force until such time as we confirm
in writing, or by e.mail that we have accepted your order.
The contract shall be in all accordance with all the laws
and statutes in force in the United Kingdom: Specifically
the consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.(SI
2000NO.2334).We give all our customers the right to cancel
their order with us up to seven working days. Cancellation
of that order outside that limit is at the discretion of
Shaw Restore. Cancellation of your order must be in writing,
fax or Email.
3. Ordering on line.
We accept orders on the following basis:-

b. By filling in the online order form
c. By filling in and faxing or posting the form to the above
address or telephone number.
Cheques must be made out to Shaw Restore and French Polishing
and posted to the following address.

All images, text and documentation on this website
are copyright to Shaw Restore. All code and scripting of
the website is copyright to 4 Sight Systems.
5. Delivery.
Any delivery costs associated with sale items to
be the responsibility of the purchaser. This will be given
to you at the timne of purchase and will be required to
be paid in full prior to dispatch.
6. Complaints.
In the event that you should have reason or cause for a
complaint in respect of any service offered by Shaw Restore
and French Polishing on it's website, you should ring Shaw

2949, email or write to us at the above address at the very
earliest opportunity. Your complaint will be dealt with
within 14 working days of receipt and will not affect your
statutory rights.
7. Pricing/Payment.
This will be dealt with on an individual basis, in writing,
phone or email. Pricing will be confirmed in writing or
email. Payment will be made within 30 days of the order.
8. Data Protection.(What information we keep and
why).
During the course of the contract between us, for the purpose
of fulfilling that contract, we keep the following information:-

Your address
Your telephone number
Your email address.
We do not collect or store information for reasons beyond
the limits of the contract. We do not pass any information
to third parties. You may at anytime during the contract
ask to see the information we keep pertaining to you and
we will repair any consistencies, errors or omissions to
that data. Any information held is only held for the purpose
of business practice.
9. Use of Customer Web site
The item decription in the photo gallery and items
for sale is for guidance only. Please telephone or email
Shaw Restore to discuss full details of any items.
10. Changes to the Terms and Condition.
The terms and conditions can be changed by us at anytime,
but you will be notified in writing, email of those changes.
